Stephen Sidlo - 2011 Dublin Marathon

Many Congratulations to Stephen who completed the Dublin Marathon on 31st October and raised a whopping £675.00 (+ giftaid) for our work. Thank you so much!!

Stephen is also a humanitarian photojournalist with more than five years experience in the field.

“I'm running the marathon to bring light to the many freelance journalists who work independently with agencies or newspapers and who are often the first to report on stories - sometimes at great risk to their own personal safety. These men and women have no supporting body, union or protection - just the Rory Peck Trust - and I wanted to contribute to the invaluable work that they do supporting freelancers and their families."

This is Stephen's first marathon. It's a huge undertaking and a wonderful effort and we wish him the very best of luck!

Please support Stephen's marathon run via his JustGiving page here.

You can also make a small donation of between £1 and £10 via text.  Just text Peck96 followed by the amount you want to donate in £ to 70070. His fundraising target is £1,000.00.

Please support Stephen!
